Stuart Rose has over 50 years of involvement in state and local government and corporate business development. A graduate of the University of Miami, Mr. Rose spent several years at the Florida Attorney General’s office, and in the office of the Miami-Dade County Mayor.  Following his government service, Mr. Rose was a founding partner in Project Masters, a full-service public relations firm, based in Miami, specializing in political campaigns, governmental relations, and special event planning.  At the Firm, he and his partners developed a reputation for successfully guiding a series of high-profile election victories for local, state, and congressional office holders. For nearly two decades, Project Masters provided its clients with campaign victories, project victories and sound advice along the way.

With an expanding private sector client base, Rose formed FRI, Inc., a strategic planning, marketing, and consulting organization offering its clients a unique network of Project-Consultants to provide access to those “decision makers” vital to their project’s success and to navigating the often-complex processes of driving product and service distribution though C-Suite engagement.  Over the years, FRI has participated in projects and regularly serviced clients with interest in such diverse fields as health care, employee benefits, aviation support services, environmental services and engineering, communications, technology, and security.
