As an entrepreneur and healthcare executive for over 25 years, Mr. Rothman has been unwavering in his dedication to improving quality and delivery of healthcare services. Most recently, he was the founding President of Prestige Health Choice, Inc. Prestige is a for-profit Managed Care Organization formed in 2007 as a safety net health plan. Today, Prestige serves more than 315,000 Medicaid eligible Floridians in 59 counties. The company was purchased by Florida True Health in October 2015.

Mr. Rothman brings the foundation a thorough understanding of managed care demands and regulatory requirements. He has developed value based financial models, data analytic systems, led teams that implemented successful quality measures and successfully built complex health delivery systems that resulted in positive financial outcomes. His experience is wide ranging.

He has founded both provider and payer organizations, developed HMO, ACO’s, MSO’s and Long Term Care entities. In addition to the business of health care he has also been a leader in healthcare policy. In 2015, he was the recipient of the prestigious Jessie Trice Health Hero Award and in 2016 he was inducted into the Miami-Dade College Alumni Hall of Fame for achievements in health care.
